Bar Refaeli

Super Bowl commercials are usually guaranteed to shock... and GoDaddy's 2013 spot is likely to follow that trend. GoDaddy is an Internet company specialising in domain registration and web hosting.

The advertisement - Perfect Match - features stunning Israeli-born supermodel Bar Refaeli kissing a computer geek "Walter", portrayed as the stereotypical fat and spectacled programmer. The commercial also features NASCAR driver and GoDaddy Girl Danica Patrick, who herself has appeared in 12 Super Bowl ads.

"There are two sides to GoDaddy," Patrick says at the start of the advertisement, "There's the sexy side represented by Bar Refaeli. And the smart side that creates a killer Web site for your small business, represented by Walter. Together, they're perfect."

The lucky actor in the spot, Jesse Heinman, also has credits from blockbuster films like The Social Network and popular television serials How I Met Your Mother. And Heinman impressed Refaeli... not an easy task when your co-actor has been named the hottest woman in the world.

"I told Jesse that he's a very good kisser," Refaeli, an ex-girlfriend of Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio, said, adding, "I actually had this very strange dream that all my friends know about. I always wanted to go to a club... look around, choose the one guy it's most unlikely that I'll ever kiss ... and kiss him in front of everyone, so he will be happy and he'll remember it for the rest of the week. GoDaddy made my dream come true."

Incidentally, two other versions of this spot were rejected by broadcaster CBS as being too indecent.

Refaeli previously also expressed her excitement about starring in her first Super Bowl commercial.

"The opportunity to be in a Super Bowl commercial is thrilling ... and to partner with Go Daddy is something I just couldn't resist," she said, "I feel like the 'Perfect Match' commercial is a chance to be in an iconic Super Bowl spot that not only leaves people talking, but shows everyone what Go Daddy is really about. I really look forward to meeting Danica too!" she said in a GoDaddy news release.
