Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE:CLF) stock surged 3.29 percent to $29.80 in pre-market trading. Shares of Cliffs Natural Resources tumbled more than 20 percent last week after the company announced the share offering and slashed its dividend.
Express Scripts Holding Co. (NASDAQ:ESRX) stock gained 2.56 percent to $56.99 in pre-market trading. The company reported the fourth quarter net profit of $504.1 million or $0.61 per share, up from $290.4 million or $0.59 per share in the same period last year. Adjusted net profit was $1.05 per share compared to $0.82 per share last year and also topped Reuters estimation of $1.04 per share.

BAE Systems Plc and Vodafone Monday announced the formation of a strategic five-year partnership to provide businesses with a range of advanced communications security products and services, initially focused on smartphones and tablets.
